Carry Time's Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

Carry Time (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Carry Time and its users.

• Carry Time may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
• The mobile number and email address registered to your account must remain active.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Carry Time customer support immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs on their account.

Carry Time is a strictly adults-only platform. No one may register an account or play on Carry Time unless all of the following conditions are met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older must be met.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by law in your country or region of residence.
• You are playing on your own behalf and with your own funds, not on behalf of any third party.

Carry Time may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify a user's age. Failure to pass document verification may result in the account and any funds held being suspended.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.

• A specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing after a bonus is claimed. Wagering Requirement must be completed.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Carry Time reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The welcome bonus is available to new players only — those registering with Carry Time for the first time. Multiple welcome bonuses from the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.

All game outcomes on Carry Time are determined by an independent RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly verified through third-party audits. Key rules regarding gaming:

• Using software, bots, or automation tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Carry Time reserves the right to void the outcome of any game resulting from a technical error.
• Inappropriate behavior toward a dealer in a live game may result in removal from the game.
• If your internet connection drops mid-game, the outcome will be determined based on the state recorded on our servers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Carry Time and will result in permanent account termination:

• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.

• Collusive betting with other players or arbitrage betting.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

Where fraud is confirmed, all balances in the relevant account will be forfeited and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

Carry Time reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms is identified.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.

Users may request account closure at any time. All valid balances should be withdrawn prior to closure. A maintenance fee may apply to balances left in inactive accounts.

Carry Time shall not be held liable for the following:

• Losses due to technical disruptions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Issues related to the user's own device or internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account credentials.

Carry Time reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Where changes are significant, notice will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
